In association with our Friends @ Wild Wines and Blas na Bealtaine we are delighted to offer a one-of-a-kind dining experience, Blackthorn will bring together the artistry of charcoal grilling, the finest locally-sourced ingredients, and a beautifully refurbished space designed to complement the natural beauty of the West of Ireland.
With a menu focused on expertly sourced, high-quality ingredients, Blackthorn offers a fresh take on traditional Irish cuisine, featuring dishes cooked over a Mibrasa charcoal grill.
With small bites consisting of beef and tuna tartare, local oysters, and a serving of chateau Briand and classically made sole Culinary delights await.
The restaurant’s commitment to sustainability and support for local artisan producers is a cornerstone of its ethos. Blackthorn's warm, light-filled dining space creates an inviting atmosphere where guests can experience the very best of the West of Ireland.
Our wines this evening generously provided by Zeeshan from Wild Wines are from the Weingut Leon Gold range who are committed to sustainability, organic and biodynamic wines.
Doors open @ 7.00 with a glass of Sparkling wine on arrival and our sharing plates begin at 8.00 with a glass of Gold white and red inclusive of your evening meal.
